Check out the great book review she has received:
This story book, “Woogie’s Travels,” is written by Sharon Miner about a dog that is in search of finding friends for himself. This book takes you through Woogie's adventures that he experiences as he travels in his earnest search of finding that "special friend." Woogie is a pet that anyone would love to have in their family. The pictures throughout the book speak of his adventures in his search. The front cover picture of Woogie shows him smiling as if to say, “I really enjoy being a dog.” I highly recommend this book for all especially pet lovers. - Linda Wagner
Woogie's Travels: Looking for a Friend
Woogie, a black and tan Irish Terrier, travels all over the country looking for playmates. He visits campgrounds and horse farms, and searches in woods and by ponds. No one he meets will play with him until he finally finds the perfect friends. A delightful bedtime story or Beginning Reader.
From the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific, from the Florida Gulf to the Redwood Forest, and from the Mojave Desert to the Rocky Mountains, Woogie has traveled to more locations in the United States than most people. Not bad for a terrier born in Ireland. In this second book of the series, Woogie shares his adventures during the author’s month long Promoting Literacy Book Tour.
