Hi Sherrie,
I published three books with Infinity and will have to agree with all your points. You people are the best in the POD industry and I congratulate you for that. I also appreciate the positive experiences I've had with Infinity after terrible ones with Xlibris.
I have been reluctant to continue with Infinity, however, for the following reasons having to do with my opinion, right or wrong, that eBooks are the future of ALL publishing and indie publishing in particular: (a) I can cover all eBook formats with a small investment of time and money using the services of Amazon and Smashwords, with faster turn-around; and (b) Infinity's on-line bookstore is NOT reader friendly and doesn't feature eBooks (if I search on my name my books don't come up and if I do the title, the result only indicates the trade paperback). Since the on-line bookstore is a way to increase my royalties a bit, (b) is important...but not critical. (a) is more important--Infinity's just not competitive anymore.
After such positive experiences with Infinity, though, I'd be willing to change my mind in the future if circumstances favor that.
All the best,
Steve

I have published four novels with other publishers and am currently in the process of having the fifth one done by Infinity. So far, everything you say has been true. You have been sensitive to my wishes and very easy to work with. I haven't examined the issues that Steven Moore brings up so I can't comment on that.
